I ordered this box for myself as a treat on 3/5/12 and it arrived quickly. It is so delicious that I can't stop eating all the items. Everything is very fresh and well packaged to keep items fresh. The box that all the bakery items came in was so beautiful with a nice ribbon around it to make it so special. I normally gave Harry and David boxes as gifts to others but decided I would try the items for myself and love them so much!

We sent the Bakery's Best Gift Box to out-of-state family members who are dealing with serious health problems. We intended it for the patient and his wife. They loved the food but they also were relieved to have the goodies to share with their families and friends when they stopped by to check on the patient. They enjoyed everything, especially the pineapple upside-down cake.

Last year I sent one of your gifts to a address where my Aunt use to live. The people that got it knew my Aunt and how to contact her, but they liked the gift so much they decided to keep it. I contacted your customer support and told them what happened and they sent another gift to the correct address that I should have sent it to. This bakery box was the perfect gift for our family's reunion held over the holidays. There was such a variety of goodies that there was something for everyone, no matter what his or her tastes were. Everything was fresh and delicious and we were able to enjoy great snacks and desserts without the hassle and mess of baking them ourselves. We could just relax and enjoy our time together...the way it should be!

This was a gift---probably selected for the content variety. It contained several items that we each enjoyed. Of course, there were items that didn't appeal to everyone. What I found curious was that some items were top notch in presentation and freshness. And other items not so much. And you had to guess what some items were--others had a name label. For instance, I had to go to Harry & David's website to find out the name of one of the items that I liked the best. I never had it before and did not recognize it. To my surprise, it was listed on the website as 'Pineapple Macadamia Nut Cake'. I never liked macadamia nuts(until now). I would recommend this product to a friend with the reservations included here.
