I was giving this as a Christmas gift. Fortunately I had the gift sent to me. When I opened the box to examine the contents the pears were the absolutely worst I had ever seen. They were scarred and bruised and far from the premium fruit I was expecting. Fruit on the ground at the orchard was better! The only good thing about this experience was that H&D lived up to their guarantee and refunded my order.

My friend gave birth and I decided to send a little treat to the new mom and dad as a gift instead of another pair of baby socks and onesies for the little one. So I picked out this double box.
First of all, she was very surprised and told me that this gift beats the traditional baby blanket type of gifts :)
Her older daughter (3 years old) couldn't keep her hands off of the colorful basket, she said.
Also, delivery was faster than expected.

This purchase was for my Father-in-law's 90th birthday. He truly enjoyed the assortment. The fruit was sweet with crisp apples and pears. The candy is always wonderful from H&D. Nuts were fresh and nice assortment too.
This choice has a bit of everything that H&D offer. The quaility is always first class. You cannot go wrong with this purchase.
