How and When We Ship
We use the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. With our Standard Delivery service, we generally ship your order the next business day, and orders arrive within 7 business days to most locations. Most perishable items are transported under controlled temperatures to a major city near their destination, where they are then released to delivery services for final delivery.

Delivery and processing charges are levied for the costs incurred to process, prepare and transport your items and to provide related customer service.

Delivery & Processing Charges

All ground delivery & processing charges are calculated on a PER ADDRESS basis. All additional services, i.e. Expedited deliveries and deliveries outside the contiguous United States, are calculated on a PER ITEM BASIS.

All delivery and processing charges are based on the regular, non-sale price of the merchandise. If rising costs increase our Delivery and Processing expense, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your total.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses, please add $17.00 per item to the Standard Delivery & Processing shown. Allow three additional days for Standard Delivery and one additional day for Express Delivery.

Delivery Guarantee:
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Sales Tax
We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, AND WI. We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, and we are obligated to collect tax in additional states if we establish a presence in those states. The taxability of food, or products combined with food, varies by state. Delivery & Processing charges will be taxed when the product is taxable. We automatically calculate taxes for telephone and internet orders.
