California Crumpets

Ingredients

8 Wolferman’s Classic Crumpets, toasted

1 package (4 oz.) spreadable herb cheese

1 medium avocado

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 medium tomatoes

2 oz. alfalfa sprouts

1 cucumber, sliced

Directions

Combine cheese, avocado and lemon juice. Spread cheese mixture over crumpets and layer with tomatoes, sprouts and cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
