Fruit Focaccia

Ingredients

2 Wolferman’s Wild Maine Blueberry Signature English Muffins, split and toasted

1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. golden raisins

2 Tbsp. chopped dried apricots

2 Tbsp. chopped dried apples

1 Tbsp. Triple Sec or orange liqueur

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Mix cream cheese with raisins, apricots, apples and liqueur. Spread mixture evenly over muffin halves. Garnish with fresh mint.
