Strawberry Sunrise

Ingredients
6 San Francisco Sourdough Mini English Muffins
24 fresh strawberries
whipped cream or whipped topping
¼ cup sugar
mint for garnish
Directions
Slice strawberries in half and toss with sugar and 2 Tbsp. water, cover and let fruit soften and create sauce for half an hour. Slice muffins in half and place 3 muffin halves per plate. Spoon strawberries evenly on top all mini muffin halves. Top berries with desired amount of whipped cream and garnish with mint sprig.
