District Sales Manager
Responsible for leading a team of 10 or more stores to deliver outstanding customer service to achieve planned sales and profits. The District Sales Manager must understand the division’s strategic objectives and be able to communicate and implement the key strategies within their district. Must be a strong leader who can generate enthusiasm and build team spirit.
This position is exempt and benefit eligible.
Store Sales Manager
Primary function will be to maximize profitability by executing marketing strategies and maintaining the companys standard of exemplary customer service. The Manager is responsible for the training and development of the store’s professional sales staff. Responsibilities also include execution of corporate directives, inventory control, and unloading of freight. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is exempt and benefit eligible.
Assistant Store Sales Manager
Support and assist Store Sales Manager in all areas of store operations, to prepare to become a Store Sales Manager with Harry and David. Foster the organizations brand image and reputation through the merchandising of products, customer service, and organization of the store. Provide sales leadership and maintain the companys standard of customer service. Responsible for replenishing stock and unloading freight. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is hourly and benefit eligible.
Key Holder
In the absence of the Store Sales Manager or Assistant Store Sales Manager, will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the store’s staff, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsible for completing store opening and closing procedures, and executing proper cash handling and register procedures. May be responsible for stock replenishment and unloading freight. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
This position is hourly and may enroll in our benefit program after working a specific number of hours within a consecutive 52-week period.

Sales Associate
Foster Harry & David’s brand image by meeting and exceeding company standards for merchandising and customer service. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store to meet and exceed its financial goals. Responsible for proper cash handling and register procedures. Will assist in replenishing stock and unloading freight. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Stockperson
Foster Harry and David’s brand image by meeting and exceeding company standards for customer service. Responsible for distribution of freight to the stores stockroom and sales floor. Organize and maintain the store’s stockroom so that product is easily accessed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is hourly and may enroll in our benefit program after working a specific number of hours within a consecutive 52-week period.
