Harvest Chutney Dressing
Makes Approx: 1 Cup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Harry and David® Harvest Chutney
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- dash of dried hot red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
Blend until smooth: Harry and David® Harvest Chutney, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, water, and garlic, add salt to taste. With blender running, add oil in a steady stream and blend dressing until emulsified. Drizzle over mixed greens, toss, and serve.
