Stacked Tomato Salad

with Black and Green Olive Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 2 8 oz balls fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices
  • Harry & David® Black Olive Spread
  • Harry & David® Green Olive Spread
  • Harry & David® Basil Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 plates

Directions

  1. Place one tomato slice on each of the six plates.
  2. Spread a generous tablespoon of Harry & David® Black Olive Spread over the tomatoes; top with cheese round.
  3. Drizzle with the Harry & David® Basil Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place another tomato slice on top of the stacks.
  5. Spread a generous tablespoon of Harry & David® Green Olive Spread over the tomatoes.
  6. Top the stack with a third slice of tomato.
  7. Repeat until all the tomato slices are used.
  8. Drizzle the stacks with Harry & David® Basil Olive Oil.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
