Oregon Trail Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 large boneless chicken breast halves
- ½ cup Harry and David®
Original Oregon® Trail Sauce - 1 16-ounce pre-made pizza crust
- 7 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, coarsely shredded
- ¾ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sauté until just cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Cut chicken crosswise into 1/3 inch-wide slices, and toss with ¼ cup Trail Sauce. Spread half of cheese on pizza crust. Arrange chicken slices on top, spacing evenly, and top with red onion. Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup Trail Sauce. Top with rest of cheese and green onion. Transfer pizza to hot baking sheet. Bake until bottom of crust is crisp and cheese on top melts, about 14 minutes. Let pizza stand 5 minutes.
