Recipient liked the gift very much

By Pat

from Wyoming

Verified Buyer

Comments about Wolferman's Croissants:

Croissants and jams were ordered together and given a delivery date of the recipients birthday. The jams weren't delivered until the next day.
She did like the gifts very much, though, but wanted to know if she'd be receiving something every day. :)
Not a big issue, but thought you should know.
Thank you!

We would order more often if the croissants were not quite so expensive - perhaps a solid discount on a double order would help

Cons

  • Smaller than expected

Comments about Wolferman's Croissants:

Easy to prepare, and turned out flaky and golden.
The croissants are smaller in size than other products we've tried, but they are tasty and go very well with preserves and cheese.

      Comments about Wolferman's Croissants:

These are great tasting. They are everything a croissant is supposed to be. I love to entertain but am not much of a cook. So I serve these when I have people over for brunch, lunch, and dinner.... The only unfortunate thing is that you have to know 6-8 hours in advance to proof the pastries.

      Comments about Wolferman's Croissants:

From freezer to table. So convenient, just remember to take out of freezer at night for breakfast or before you leave for work for dinner. I bake them up for dinner. Had them for Christmas dinner, everyone enjoyed! The rest thawed 2 at a time for a special treat.

      Service and delivery comments:

Arrived in perfect condition,in dry ice, which is also fun to play with!

These are amazing. I received them as a gift and will order and keep as a staple in my freezer. Much better than running down the street to the donut store on Saturday morning.

              Comments about Wolferman's Croissants:

Better than most croissants I have bought. Must remember to thaw the night before. Box of 16 is the right size for two people. Look small in the box, but swell as they thaw, and swell even more as they cook.

Bought the plain crosses saints, but forgot the box cover with the directions. What temp do I bake at and for how long

                1 answer

                • CUSTOMER CARE

                  A:

Jean, to bake the Wolferman's Classic Croissants, place the pastries 3 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet, and cover with waxed paper or towel and let rise at room temperature over night for 6-8 hours. The dough will rise to approximately 3 times its original size. Remove the paper or towel and bake the croissants at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes until golden.
