    Ordered 2 boxes of scones, as I have previously done. Upon arrival of the scones, 21 out of 24 were broken, quite a few of them nearly just crumbs. Called to let CS know of quality problem and they sent out 2 more boxes. When they arrived, just over half of them were split/broken. CS offered a refund which I will gladly spend here.

    I've ordered these many times and this is the only problem I've ever had. Don't know who/what/how they are being packaged, as it seems this is where the problems are arising, but I will try ordering again in a few months to have scones for the holiday season.
