    I bought one each of the Povitica. I was fist disappointed by the size for the price and then by the dryness of these "pastry breads". My husband warmed his up and put a bit of butter on to moisten it up and that seemed to help. I would not purchase these again.

    Having sent similar items as gifts, we were curious about the product we were sending. Hubby is a carb fanatic, but after one tasting the items lingered in the frig. The flavors were bland,doughy & had to be heated due to the not so delicate shell.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  I noticed you have a select button for your coffee cakes. I was wondering if some of the items in the Pastry Paradise basket can be substituted. For instance my mother does not eat nuts. Is there a way of excluding the nutty sticky bun, Eng. Walnut Povicata, and the Pecan Kringle. I would be interested in adding additional Classic Cinnamon Rolls, Cream Cheese Povitica, and especially the Raspberry Kringle. Thank you, I look forward to hearing back from you. Marianne

                    Unfortunately at this time we do not offer substitutions for our items. All of our baked items may contain a trace amount of nuts even if an item itself is not made with contain nuts, our baking facilities produce products that contain peanuts or other allergens in the same facility and with the same equipment. We disassemble, clean, wash, and inspect all equipment after peanuts or other allergens have been present and yet in spite of our very best efforts the potential remains for peanut or other allergen residue to be present on that equipment.
