I have had these before and knew that I liked them, so when my daughters wanted to start having real tea parties I knew what to serve. I toast them and put a light topping on, such as butter, flavored cream cheese or jelly, and cut them into bite-sized wedges. The different flavors are all delicious, and keep our tea parties from getting dull. They are perfect for little fingers, and my girls LOVE them! They help make tea time a little more special.

First time I've had Crumpets. I find them very light in taste and as food. Our teenager likes them a lot. She says they're like mini pancakes popped in the toaster. They are interesting. My preference is flavorful, chewy or crisp foods, otherwise these are fine.

                        The shelf life of Wolferman's Crumpets is 2 weeks refrigerated, and they may be frozen up to 4 months without any loss of flavor or texture. Since crumpets are very moist, we do not recommend leaving them at room temperature for than 10 days.
