Coos Bay Sandwich

Ingredients

4 slices Wolferman’s San Francisco Sourdough English Muffin Bread, toasted

3 cups (12 oz.) grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp. sugar

� tsp. salt

1 cup (6-� oz.) canned crab meat, drained

Directions

Place grated cheese, milk, sugar and salt in blender or food processor. Blend or process until mixture is smooth. Spread each toasted slice of bread with 1 tsp. mayonnaise. Arrange bread, mayonnaise side up on broiler pan. Spoon � cup crab meat only each bread slice. Top with � of cheese mixture. Broil 3-5 inches from heat until cheese is golden and bubbly. (If desired, sandwiches may be baked in preheated 375�F oven for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.)
