8 Wolferman’s Crumpets, any flavor

8 oz. Cream Cheese

3 Tablespoons Sugar

3 Tablespoons low fat yogurt

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Seasonal Fruits, such as kiwi, apples, peaches, strawberries etc.


Mix Softened cream cheese with yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use (up to 4 hours ahead). Toast crumpets, spread with cream cheese mixture and layer fruit on top in an overlapping pattern. Garnish with cinnamon and sugar.
