Ingredients

2 packages Wolferman's Classic Crumpets

1 package cream cheese – plain or herbed

1/2 lb Turkey or Lox

Garnish

Red bell pepper

Cucumber

Radishes

Dill

Directions

Use a biscuit or cookie cutter to trim off the edges of the crumpets. Spread each crumpet with plain or herbed cream cheese and then add your choice of turkey or lox. Finish with minced red bell pepper, cucumber, radishes and dill. Carefully place one of the filled crumpets on top of another to create the perfect tea sandwich.
