Homestyle Pecan Brittle

Ingredients

2 Wolferman’s Multigrain and Honey Signature English Muffins, split and toasted

½ cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp. light corn syrup

2 Tbsp. Butter

½ cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a microwave-safe dish, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to combine. Blend in pecans. Arrange muffins on broiler pan and drizzle each with syrup mixture. Broil muffins 3-5 inches from heat until hot and bubbly. (Watch carefully to avoid over-browning.) Serve immediately.
