12 Wolferman’s Cranberry Citrus Mini English Muffins, split
4 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon zest
Blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large muffin pan (about 2-½") with paper bake cups. Place a Mini Muffin half, split side up, in each cup. Combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture over Mini Muffins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Top with blueberry filling.
