Ingredients

4 Sweet Harvest Wheat Signature English Muffins

1 Pkg. Kendall Brook Cold Smoked Salmon

1 8-oz Pkg. Cream Cheese

1 English Cucumber

Dill

Directions

Slice muffin in half horizontally. Toast muffin in toaster or under broiler in the oven. Top with thinly sliced English cucumber, dollop of cream cheese and slices of Cold Smoked Salmon. Garnish with dill and enjoy.
