Warm Morning French Toast

8 slices Wolferman’s Cranberry Citrus English Muffin Bread
1 � cups milk
� teaspoon salt
� teaspoon vanilla
� teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended. Heat a lightly oiled griddle to medium-hot. Dip English Muffin Bread slices in egg-mixture, turning to coat both sides of bread. Place on the heated griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve topped with butter and orange syrup (recipe below).
Combine ingredients in glass bowl and mix well. Microwave on high power one minute or until hot, stirring midway through cooking.
