On April 10, 2018, our bakery became a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ record holder for the World's Largest Cinnamon Roll at 1,149.7 pounds. Join us in celebrating this monumental achievement with the inspiration—our five pound Gigantic Cinnamon Roll.

697 lbs. of dough used

  • Total length of rolled out dough: 7200 inches = 600 feet!!!! (that is basically the height of the Space Needle in Seattle, WA)
  • More than 4 lbs. of yeast use (that’s a lot of yeast!)
  • More than 20 lbs. of whole eggs used (would be the equivalent of having to crack 425 eggs)
  • More than 7x50lb bags of flour used

378 lbs. of cinnamon sugar filling used

  • More than 3x 50lbs bags of white sugar
  • Just under 3x 50 lbs. bags of brown sugar
  • More than one big 55lb block of butter (that is equivalent to 220 sticks of butter!!)

The pan:

  • It is 6’ x 9’ and has been designed and built on site by our engineering and mechanical teams
  • It is made from stainless steel and is on rolling casters
  • There are 2- 7’ 120k BTU propane burners mounted under the cooking surface
  • The pan weighs in at just over 1,400 pounds before we add any cinnamon roll to it

Proceeds from selling pieces of the world's Largest cinnamon roll at
the 2018 Pear Blossom Festival in Medford, Oregon support people in
need through The Teresa McCormick Center.
